Simply Amazing Yet Colorful House Design

August 29, 2020 By proudbrown

The average building process of a custom home usually takes around nine months to reach completion, whereas a production home only takes between three to six months. If you are in a rush and wanted to move in so quickly, you will most likely choose to build a production home.

Although a production home can be built faster than a custom home, it is very limited in customization. Production builders usually reuse a catalog of plans to keep the costs low and foreseeable. For that matter, do not expect your home to have a unique design.

If you think that three months is still too long for the construction period, you may want to take a look at this house owned by Aunchalee Intasen. Not only it has a unique design, but also the building process is fast as it only took two months to reach completion. The cost can also be considered cheap because it only costs around ₱1,000,000.

Despite the construction speed being rushed, the house still looks outstandingly beautiful. It is a one-story modern-style house with a balcony, two bedrooms, one toilet and bath, a kitchen, and a living room.

The house’s exterior design looks nice with gray painted walls and a darker shade of the same color as its borders. It also gives a lively-vibe because of the green, blue, and pink colored support pole on the balcony. Adding some vintage looks to it is the dark-brown artificial wooden planks just below the flat-type roof.

This house is elevated from the ground and has a modern-looking light-brown staircase leading to the balcony. The black railings and the support pole made with burnt clay bricks gives it a classic look.

A spacious living room will welcome you with deep-peach colored walls with and cream-colored ceramic floor tiles upon entering the house. It has a tray-type ceiling with huge recessed lighting in the middle.

The bedrooms also have the same color scheme as the living room with glass windows to allow sunlight’s entrance.

Inside the toilet and bath is a wall covered with tiles that has an alternating color of pink, green, gray, and orange. The floor is covered with pebble stones with some grass in the middle of each square foot.

This type of house design is perfect for those who want to move in quickly and tight on budget. Not only is it cheap, but it also looks undeniably beautiful!
